#520 - Hope

Everyone hopes for something, and also for a reason.

Sorry for posting old pictures :( I just didn't want to leave this post pictureless !! But once in awhile it's nice to just browse through old photo albums and point at yourself saying "I was so small !!" or "I was so cute!! ", and reliving your childhood for a few moments. For me, I'd prefer looking at pictures I took whenever I went to different places thinking "I want to see that view again" or "There's so many other things to see in the world". Hmmmmm... I wonder if I'll be able to travel again this year ??

Here's my cover of LEDApple's HOPE. It's one of my all time favourites by LEDApple !! One reason is because it was one of their debut songs. I wonder if they'll remake the song with Kyumin and Hanbyul's vocals ? They sang it on radio before, and even did a 6 member version on it when LEDApple were filming LEDApple Ent Dan with Keonu ! Gosh I miss him :(

There a few mistakes, since I recorded it right after I finished scribbling the scores. (Yes, scribble. Even you if you saw the sheet you probably won't understand, LOL) This is only a short cover though, I hope you like it and let me know what you think !! I also hope that someday I'll be able to meet LEDApple and listen to their music live HERE in MALAYSIA!! :D I'm sure every LEDA in Malaysia are hoping for the same thing!!

#519 - Help Me Find A Way

I first heard the English version of this song, Innocent and Young, at Lunafly's showcase here in Malaysia ! I immediately took a liking to it and decided that when the album comes out, I would definately make a cover of this song. But when I compared the Korean and English version, I liked the Korean version better. So here's my cover of Lunafly's Help Me Find A Way ~

There wasn't an instrumental for this song so I recorded my voice over it. Hopefully it doesn't sound too bad to you. What do you think ?? :) I know I'm still bad with the higher parts. Oh well. My vocal range wasn't that wide to begin with. I just do what I like to do ! Hehe.

Oh, and I'm working on a piano cover right now !! This is the first time I've finished writing down the scores for all the verses and pre-chorus. All that's left would be the chorus, bridge and ending !! I hope it'll be done so I can share it with you :)) Any guess on what song that'll be ? Get it right and I'll buy you chocolate !! HINT : LEDApple :D

Hello !! Are you glad that today's update is not about Lunafly ? Hehe. To be honest, I'm actually working on a song cover right now !! Can you guess which song it is ? CLUE : LUNAFLY. Hehe. I hope I'll be able to complete it soon, and then I can share it with you guys !! (Though I'm not so sure if you're fond of listening to my covers.... oh wait.. do you even listen to them ??)

Sometimes I wonder what other people do at home all day. Play games ? Read books ? Just surf the internet ? Watch television ? Sms and call your friends ? Well, I have no idea. I seem to be doing the same thing everyday that I'm getting really restless and bored. Sometimes I wonder what I should do with all this free time... I'm just wasting it everyday. Most people tell me to find a job to earn money, but no matter where I apply they never call back. Sigh.

Career wise, I've decided to go for form 6 !! Is anyone else gonna be going for it too ? I know a few of my friends who have the same decision, and right now we're all just waiting for the letters to arrive. I actually don't fancy the idea of going to yet another government school for further education, but when college fees are too high for you, there's just no other choice.

PTPTN loans ? Scholarships ? Yeah, I know what you mean. I had that talk from my aunt for a whole month asking me to apply. She thinks that they're "FREE" and that you don't have to pay them back... IF ONLY THAT WERE TRUE. But form 6 here I come !! Hmmmm maybe I'll do some revision by reading my sister's books @.@ But I don't want to leave my game hanging either asdkjchasdnasdhasjdhas !!!

#517 - Lunafly's Showcase

I'll let you know in advance that this is a really long post. I was even considering about breaking it into two parts. But if I do that, this whole week's update will only be on Lunafly !! Haha. I'm sure my readers won't want Lunafly updates for the whole week even though I woudn't mind in doing so. This will be the last of the Lunafly updates for now ~ Yupp. Just for now :P

Time to start the post !! We reached the venue, Taylors' Lakeside University, around 2PM and started queing up outside the hall with the other Lukies!! We then spent the rest of the day finishing letters, chatting, listening to Lunafly's songs, etc. Here's a polaroid we took !! We later passed it to Lunafly themselves ! hehehe. I hope they remember us !!

MyLunafly prepared this as well !! Really pretty but the glitter came off easily.

Yin and I also asked the crew whether we could have a look at the hall. He opened the door for us and led us in, but barely after a few steps we were told to go out oTL. Yin also handed out her fanevent papers. She planned that as a surprise event for Lunafly during the showcase. It was a beautiful sight when we turned our heads around to see everyone holding up the papers. Nice (Y) Follow Yin's fanbase @Lunafly_ !! :)

I was the first person to enter the hall, and rushed for the front most middle seat ! haha ! Middle seat so I can see Teo !! :D They started the Pre-show Meet and Greet with Pricetag ! :D I'm too lazy to upload the fancam. My internet is really slow when it comes to uploading videos :( I have to wait the whole day !! And by the way, it's the only fancam I took that night. My camera battery died when I tried to record another video T_________T

After the song, they came down and stood infront of us !! SO CLOSE. My row was the first to greet them, so we didn't really know what to do. I asked for a hug and also asked to touch their hair. SO MUCH HAIRSPRAY. WHY ?? T_____T Then right after we sat down, everyone else took selcas with them. We were like... LET US GO AGAIN TO TAKE SELCAS !!! But no, we weren't allowed to :( *cries*

This happened more than once. Haha !! Teo :P

During the first half of the performance, Yun and Sam kept looking towards us !! By us, I meant the middle front row ! All of us came really early and started the premium pass line to get into the hall first XD hahaha. It was really nice to make friends with them :) Sorry for being so quiet. I don't really talk much when I first meet people :/ Oh, and it was great to make eye contact with Yun and Sam so many times that night !! :D Hehe. It was hard to get eye contact with Teo... he kept closing his eyes or looked straight.

They performed a total of 18 songs ranging from their own songs, to the numerous covers and even singing tracks from their new album !! Yes, I believe Indonesian and Malaysian Lukies managed to hear the song before its' official release :) I still remember Sam asking us not to be lazy and to stand up ! haha. Oh, and my favourite performance from that night was Teo's solo cover of Shontelle's Impossible. Sam translated that Teo was considering whether he should perform this song or not, because he tends to get emotional singing it. *sobs*

I held up this page of my sketchbook and showed Teo, and guess what ??!! Teo winked at me !! Twice !! Or was it three times ?? He even flipped his hair to the side to show me again XD *screams* HAIR FLIP + WINKS. Before showing him this page, I actually scribbled "I♥U" and showed it to Teo as well ! He acknowledge it with a nod and a smile AND I finally had eye contact with him !! HEHEHEHHE. After that I forgave him for not looking at me during the Publika high5 session lol.

Oh, and during the medley, Teo sat down on the chair next to mine !! WOOTS. SO CLOSE. But the second he sat down the security were around us, ready to push us away if anything happened. And all the surrouding cameras popped out of nowhere @.@ OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG. I freaked out when he came so close !! And then he got up, and my friend sat down happily on the chair XD hahaha !! ♥

During the QandA session, a fan asked Sam what english words or phrases he would teach Yun and Teo. He said that he had tried so many times to teach them, but they can't remember. Teo tried to cover up for himself, as always. Hahaha. And Yun .... said a line from a song. LOL !! The next two questions had Lunafly doing the Gwiyomi player again ! Hahaha. It was so amusing !! Teo made sure to slow down the chant and stopped at the right moments for taking pictures XD When the question was first mentioned, Sam was mouthing OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG over and over again !! Hehehe.

Oh, and during the autograph and post event solo pictures session, I wanted to get them to sign my guitar picks T____T Sam was going to sign it, but the staff stopped him from doing so -.- So all of them signed my sketchbook instead. I almost slipped when taking the picture, plus, I couldn't find the camera till like.... 0.5 seconds before the shutter clicked. Hahaha. In the end, I gave Sam one of my blue guitar picks, because he likes blue !! Oh, and does anyone realise how wrong Teo's fingers look like ? Ahh and thank you Lunafly for bending down to match my height T__________T

This event was organized by M.E.Malaysia and presented by Chargers Outfitters !! All also to all the media partners and venue providers and those who helped made this event possible, I just wanna say thank you so much for bringing Lunafly to Malaysia !! I hope you'll bring them again in the future !! :D

#516 - Lunafly's Fanmeeting at Publika

Lunafly had a free public fanmeeting at Publika Shopping Gallery !! :) My friends and I were there since early evening, and we managed to secure our places at the front !! And we wouldn't settle for anywhere else except the front anyways :P

I finally collected my premium pass and high5 pass !! I forgot to ask for my change though, oh well. Cai Yin was going to give her extra high5 pass to me, but since I won one from Kavenyou, she gave her pass away as an event for her fanbase ! :D Follow it at @Lunafly_

The event started off with Lunafly singing Superhero !! Here's my fancam, but be warned !! It's full of fans screaming and singing along ! And that's what we fangirls do best, lol. Please watch it in HD !! :)

After that, we had the games session. The first game was called "5 words". The fans will have to make a request to Lunafly using five words. The fans were chosen by lucky draw, depending on the pass number. My number 2031 !! But the numbers I heard were 2013, 2013 and 2013 over and over again !! It's like they keep pulling out that number but the person doesn't show up D: Whyyyyyyyy.

Two of the requests involved aegyo. LOL. One fan asked them to do the gwiyomi player, and another fan asked Yun to show her aegyo !! There was a fan who asked them to sing a song for her, and a fan who asked them to eat dinner with her. Sadly, they couldn't have dinner together so she opted for pictures. Fancams below ~ ENJOY :D Haha.

The second game was charades. The fans that played in this round won some Lunafly autographed merchandise as well !! And they called 2013 again T_____________T Why now 2031 ?? Did you read it wrong ? D:

There was a word that Sam couldn't guess at all during the game. And that word was............ ULTRAMAN !! Hehe. Yup. You read that right. Ultraman. The fans knew what it was. We even shouted it for him but he couldn't catch it. Oh wells. Not everyone watches Ultraman. And the next day during the showcase, a fan brought a mini Ultraman toy to the showcase !! Sam saw it and admitted that after the fanmeeting, he looked Ultraman up !! Hehe.

During charades, Yun helped a fan to carry her bag :) Such a gentleman !! Hehe.

They ended the fanmeeting with "You Got That Something I Need" and the high5 session !!! I was really looking forward to this but I was a little disappointed. Teo didn't look at me when he high5-ed me :( He was looking behind me oTL I want to cry !! *overreacting cuz he's my bias* But seriously, I was really sad at that moment.
