#515 - Lunafly Press Conference

On the 29th March 2013, Lunafly touched down in KL and rushed for their scheduled press conference at Overtime, Sunway Pyramid. The fans and I have been waiting for a really long time before they showed up. I even managed to have lunch there !! Hehe.

They were late due to the Friday traffic. However, we had a short live call from them to apologize for them being late, with Sam doing most of the talking. It was hard to make out what he said, but we understood anyways. Our bond with Lunafly ♥♥♥

When they finally arrived, the fans roared and screamed for them, shouting names of the members. Amidst all of that, the media and fans with cameras started clicking away. I was with the group that started taking pictures and videos. HAHAHA. Oops. I was at the front with Cai Yin !! We were so close !! Don't kill me if I say this, just my two cents, but Yun looks better in real life, and Teo looks better in pictures and videos. Sam looks the same :D I wonder if this is different for others ??

This picture is really blurry but it's the only one I have with Yun looking towards my camera !! (well, sort of) Most of my pictures were really blurry. Thankfully I took some videos, so I was able to salvage some screenshots as well !!

Below are the snapshots I took from my videos. I think I won't be uploading the videos I took from the press conference. I DID compile them but.... I have second thoughts after I watched it myself. And I'm sorry the snapshots lack quality... 720p in recording is nice when viewed as a video... or maybe I'm just bad with snapshots ? hahaha

There was also a short Q&A session, about 3 questions ?? The questions asked were ones that I think most Lukies would already know the answer to, except one I guess. "Describe Malaysia in one word". Yun said "Cinta", Sam said "Beautiful", and Teo was the only one to answer in Korean, which in English meant CUTE. Hahaha! It was a really brief moment as they had to leave for yet another schedule at Sri Pentas. It was a really great atmosphere at Overtime, and I met some new friends as well :)

Okay. I really liked the pictures I took that day so I'm posting them at my blog again ! Haha. I'm sorry if you feel bored, coming here to see pictures that I've already uploaded to my facebook album :) I just wanted to see these beautiful pictures on my blog as well. I couldn't resist the temptation !!

We actually took alot of jump shots !! But must of them were failures. Hehehe. I should put up another post specially for the weird and retarded pictures. I laugh whenever I go through those pictures in my camera, but I'll probably be embarassing myself, my sister, and my cousin. HAHAHAHA. Hmmmmm... Maybe I'll keep them to myself after all !!

Every time I go to a playground I feel sad that I'm not the size to be able to enjoy the fun it has to offer !! I'm too big T.T and I reach the end of the slide reallly fast. And the monkey bars too !! Whenever I swing, my butt hits the pole I started from LOL. Happened to my sister as well HAHAHAHA. Imagine if there was a playground for teenagers and adults. WOOTS. But those are probably called theme parks right now :/

These pictures were all taken last Saturday when I went out !! We watched a movie titled "Andrea Bocelli" at the Setia City Mall in the afternoon. It felt like I was watching a concert on DVD. Haha. I had no idea what kind of movie it was until it actually started. The music was just soothing to the ears, so soothing that I almost fell asleep ! Oh, and a cinema with 6 people inside is a first timer for me ! hehe.

After the movie, we went to visit our cousin !! We decided to take a stroll around the housing area and the park. And we took ALOT of pictures. A total of 131. Haha.

Oh, and my aunt's brownies were delicious !! Molten ~~ hehe. It made me feel like learning how to make some for myself :3 Maybe next time......

#512 - Earth Hour

Earth Hour. To be honest, I almost skipped participating in this event this year. I didn't want to miss it, so I asked my dad to drop me off at Sunway Pyramid instead of sending me back home. Hehe. I almost regretted my decision because I couldn't find a way home. So I met everyone, said HI, did what I have to, then left to catch the last bus home ~ Public transport aren't that safe at night :(

I probably stood among the crowd for about 10 minutes before leaving. Pretty short huh ? But I took the opportunity to snap a few pictures and meet with a friend I met on Gurupop ! Her name is Cai Yin ! :D I'll be going to the Lunafly events with her soon ! I'm glad that I got to see her today :) Oh, and I liked the Sunway orchestra!! The music they played towards the end of the one hour event was simply amazing. Soothing to the ears. And they were all oldies !! Execpt when I heard Gangnam Style before I went back. I don't think the songs nowadays should have an orchestra version, they sound terrible to me.

I'm just feeling really glad that I did not miss out this year's celebration !! I feel happy when I see my friends' faces, even for a moment ! :) They were so engrossed in the event that I couldn't really say much to them!! Oh well. And I just realized that my blog is becoming more wordy right now. Hehe. I hope all of you did something to help our Earth during that hour :) Though lighting candles only pollutes the environment. I didn't bother to get a candle this year. It was finished. HAHA !! :D

My mum took us out for dinner because she was happy with my results !! :) Most people I know ask for something new like a new handphone, or a new laptop, or money, but it's times like these I prefer spending time with my family. I don't get to spend alot of time with my family so I was really happy when she brought up the idea :)

Though I was happy, I didn't like all the talking that went on. Further studies, scholarship, etc etc,... everyone is probably going through the same phase right now. I don't think I can keep my cool any longer if someone else comes up to me and asks what I plan to do right now. Truth is, I still don't know :)

We had dinner at Windmill ! :) The last time I was there for dinner was during Valentine's Day. I must say, the food this time tastes better, although a small bit of my lamb was burned. And I found a piece of hair in my lychee dessert. When we complained, they replaced it with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Oh well. And the tea they served reminded me of the time I got to try all the different kinds of tea at China ! The bittersweet taste.... brought back memories :D
